Short Biography
Lotfi Mekhzoumi is an Professor of Economics at the University of El-Oued who specializes in applied and econometric economics topics. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Medea, his M.A. from the University of Algiers, and his engineering degree from the Higher National School of Statistics and Applied Economics. With over ten years of experience, he has been published in numerous economic journals. He is also the editor in chief of the Roa Iktissadia Review.
