Professor Mona MESGHOUNI:  is a professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of EL-Oued since 2018. She has served as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Scientific Research and External Relations during: 2019 2021. She teaches a number of courses in economics and management sciences such as: Marketing, Pay System, Human Resources Management, …. and she has numerous publications and research published in Algerian and International Scientific Journals.
