d.benattous was born on May 24, 1959 el oued algeria He received his engineering degree in electrical engieering from polytechnic nationnal insstitute algeries algeria in 1984 He got Msc degree in power systems from UMIST england in 1987.In 2000 he received his Phd degree from BATNA university algeria He currently professor at el oued uiversity His research interests in planing and economic of electrical eerggy systems, optimisatios and its applications and he also ivestigated questions related in renewable energy He is member of the VTRS laboratory
