Dr. Rabia Bousbia laiche is a Professor of Financial Engineering and Portfolio Management at University of Chahid Hamma Lakhdar in El-Oued, Algeria. He obtained his university degree in financial sciences (2003) from Kasdi Merbah University in Ouargla, then a master’s degree in financial markets in 2012 at the same university. Rabia holds a Ph.D. in financial markets from the University of Ouargla in 2018 under the supervision of Professor Abdel Wahab Daden. He was appointed to the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences, Department of Management Sciences at El-Oued University in 2012 as Assistant Professor B. He was promoted to the rank of Assistant Professor A in 2015. He was promoted to Professor B in 2018 and finally promoted to Associate Professor A in 2020. The professor currently occupies the position of Head of the Department of Management Sciences starting in 2020.
