Algerian, PhD in Economics & Management Sciences. Lecturer at El-oued University / ALGERIA since 2005. From 2013 to 2015, had visited “Research Center of Central China Economic Development”/Nanchang University /CHINA as delegated researcher. He had published and represented several scientific papers focus on substantive areas in development strategies and its related fields: Sustainable Development, Applied and Experimental strategies of economic and social reforms, and international trade and finance. He have excellent record of teaching, pedagogic supervising, academic mentoring and high capability to play active administrative roles in educational institution.
