Prof.Kamel Fethi Dris is a professor at the Faculty of Law and political science at El-Oued University Algeria since 2009,, he is the Chairman of the Ph.D. Composition Committee  since 2022, And the member of the Laboratory of international legal transformations and its impact on Algerian legislation since 2020.
He has taught many courses, such as:business law,  special law . investment law. international commercial arbitration…, He has many publications in various fields of law. He interested in improving the teaching methods and the development of scientific research in the Arab world in the field of law and political science and in upgrading Arab scientific journals in this discipline to universality.
