Laboratory : laboratory of international legal transformations and its implications on the Algerian legislation
Prof. Mohammed Lakhdar KIRAM is a professor at the Faculty of Law and political science at El-Oued University Algeria since 2017, and by the faculty of Law and political science University of Ouargla since 2005. Also, he is the Editor in chief of The International Journal of Legal and political Research since 2017, And the Director of the Laboratory of international legal transformations and its impact on Algerian legislation since 2020.
He has taught many courses, such as: Public international law, Transformation of public international law, International criminal law and justice, Non-governmental organizations and the environment, Constitutional law, Algeria’s legislative system, Comparative law, The Multinational Corporations law, Private international law, Nationality and foreign Status, Conflict of laws…, He has many publications in various fields of law. He interested in improving the teaching methods and the development of scientific research in the Arab world in the field of law and political science and in upgrading Arab scientific journals in this discipline to universality.
