Dr. Zohra Mehellou is an Associate Professor at University of El Oued. She has a PhD degree from Lancaster University, UK in comparative literature and an MA in literature from Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla, Algeria. Dr. Mehellou’s research interests focus mostly on African and African American literature, especially from a psychoanalytical perspective and the study of (Black) identities.
