Short Biography
Miloudi Khaled Teacher at the Faculty of Technology, University of eloued . She holds a baccalaureate degree from Abdel Aziz Al-Sharif High School. He obtained a state engineer degree, specializing in electromechanics, from the Faculty of Hydrocarbons and Chemistry in Boumerdes. He completed his master’s degree at the Polytechnic Military School in Bordj El-Bahri, Algiers, and his doctoral studies at Houari Boumediene Bab Ezzouar University, Algiers
